How do I place an order?
Add the item/s you would like to purchase to ‘your cart’ and follow the easy steps taking you through our secure payment/delivery options.

Do I have to have to create an account?
If you do not wish to create an account, simply checkout as a guest/new customer.

Can I cancel my order?
By law you have the right to cancel an order placed on our website or by phone provided you are within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order please Contact Us directly as soon as you can.

What are my delivery options?
Any order placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Any order placed after 1pm will not be dispatched until the next working day.

What are my payment options?
We make paying for an order as simple & secure as possible.
Payment can be taken online at checkout or over the phone with Mastercard, Delta, Visa, Maestro, and American Express as well as though PayPal.
Prices shown on our website do not include any delivery charge (if any) however are inclusive of VAT.

Where is my order?
The delivery method you choose at checkout will determine when you will receive your order.

Can I return my order?
By law you may return an item you purchase from GiddyPrice within 14 working days of delivery.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the goods are returned in their original saleable condition. You will have to cover the cost of the return postage.
You will receive a full refund once we receive the item back. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be processed.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace your item/s if the fault has been caused by an accident, neglect or normal wear and tear.
